These tensioners offer a simple maintenance-free installation using just one mounting screw. The tensioning elements are available from stock as standard in several size ranges. In addition to the standard tensioning element se-11 to se-15, there are oil-resistant, heat-resistant, stainless and front mounting models in all sizes with the corresponding accessories such as sprocket wheels, chain drivers, rollers and v-belt pulleys available. A new addition is the boomerang tensioner with its strategic compensation for extremely long chain drives. The installation with only a single screw into the base of the elastic element is very simple. Initial tensioning is carried out by rotation of the base using a wrench, by tightening of the base screw a friction joint is created to the customers` machine part.
